Privacy Policy
Meal Sprout stores account profile information, meal-planning preferences, and subscription metadata needed to run the product. We never sell personal data.
We use trusted providers for payments, hosting, email delivery, and AI-assisted recipe selection. Information is processed to provide these services.
Browser storage and analytics
We use browser storage for sign-in, account preferences, and offline access to your plans and queued feedback. Use a private device and sign out when you finish on a shared device. Google Analytics and the Polsia visitor-tracking pixel are disabled.
Download your application data
In Settings, choose Your data to download your account and child-profile records. Keep the downloaded file private. Passwords and reusable access credentials are excluded. Provider-held records, backups, and infrastructure logs are not part of this download and require a separate access-request review.
AI-assisted meal planning
MealSprout uses AI providers to help personalize recipe selections. Relevant meal feedback, saved-meal names, and candidate recipe information may be processed by the AI provider. Automated output is not medical or dietetic advice. Double A Media and MealSprout are not qualified clinicians or registered dietitians. Read the AI and health-information disclosure in our Terms of Service.
To request account deletion, sign in and use Your data in Settings. This revokes account access and starts cancellation of future billing. Your receipt shows whether billing cancellation and application-data removal are complete or still pending. Provider-held records and required billing records need separate review. Direct email support is not yet available.
